Evaluating each city based on its average elevation and elevation range, Amsterdam emerged at the top with a walking difficulty score of 20.1 out of 100, making it the lowest, and therefore, the best score. This low score is partly due to Amsterdam’s extensive network of pedestrian-friendly streets.
