Baha Mar, the renowned luxury resort complex located in the Bahamas, has announced an exciting addition to its portfolio. The introduction of a fourth hotel is set to enhance the already impressive offerings of this premier destination. Scheduled to open in 2029, the new hotel will occupy 12 acres of beachfront property, marking a significant expansion in the complex’s capacity to host guests.

What to Expect from the New Hotel

The forthcoming resort will feature approximately 350 rooms, each starting at over 550 square feet, ensuring ample space for a comfortable stay. In addition, it will include 50 residential units and offer guests an array of dining options, with four new restaurants planned. Notably, a rooftop omakase restaurant and a beachfront eatery led by a yet-to-be-named celebrity chef are among the gastronomic highlights. According to Graeme Davis, President of Baha Mar, this development is a testament to their dedication to providing spectacular experiences and fostering economic growth within the Bahamas.

Additional Amenities and Contributions

The new hotel promises an abundance of amenities, including a 14,000-square-foot spa and fitness center, pools, a beachfront bar, luxury retail outlets, and family-friendly facilities. Additionally, the property will feature 25,000 square feet of versatile indoor and outdoor event space, catering to both business and leisure travelers. This significant investment of $350 million not only enhances the Baha Mar experience but also contributes to job creation and tourism growth in the region, as emphasized by Prime Minister Philip Davis.
