Elevating Travel Experience
Emirates, the renowned Dubai-based airline, is set to enhance the flying experience for travelers departing from the U.S. by expanding its premium economy service. This development comes as the airline introduces an upgraded cabin to six significant routes, allowing passengers to indulge in a more luxurious flying experience.
New Routes and Timelines
Beginning this November, Emirates will start retrofitting its Boeing 777 aircraft, which will offer the premium economy class on routes from Chicago, Boston, Dallas, Seattle, Newark, and Miami. This rollout is anticipated to be completed by February 2025, enabling Emirates to provide premium economy services from ten of its twelve U.S. gateways. The detailed flight schedules include:
- Chicago O’Hare International Airport:Â 3x/week starting November 1, increasing to daily from November 22.
- Boston Logan International Airport:Â 3x/week starting December 10, increasing to daily from December 18.
- Dallas Fort Worth International Airport:Â 3x/week starting January 9, 2025, increasing to daily from January 15.
- Seattle-Tacoma International Airport:Â Starting January 24, 2025.
- Newark Liberty International Airport:Â Daily flights to Athens starting February 10, 2025.
- Miami International Airport:Â 4x/week from February 19, increasing to daily from March 1.
A Luxurious Cabin Experience
Emirates has designed its premium economy seats with passenger comfort in mind. The cabin features 19.5-inch-wide cream leather seats, a generous 40-inch pitch, adjustable headrests, and an advanced entertainment system.
