New Service to Vail Ski Area
Frontier Airlines has announced the addition of over a dozen new routes, significantly enhancing connectivity for travelers this winter. Among these exciting new offerings is the inaugural service to the Vail ski area, set to commence in December. This decision marks the first time that Frontier will provide flights to the prestigious resort, making it more accessible for skiing enthusiasts looking to enjoy the winter season.
Flight Details and Schedule
Beginning on December 16, 19, and 21, Frontier will operate flights to Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) from Dallas, Denver, and San Francisco, respectively. EGE is located approximately 30 minutes from Vail and 90 minutes from Aspen, making it a convenient gateway for travelers eager to hit the slopes. Frontier’s expansion into this region is poised to offer timely options just before the bustling holiday period.
Promotional Offers and Options
To celebrate these new routes, travelers can take advantage of promotional one-way fares starting as low as $19. Tickets must be booked by 11:59 p.m. ET on October 7, with travel valid between December 12 and February 28, 2025. While Frontier is known for its ultra-low fare model, the airline has also introduced more inclusive fare options to enhance customer experience. Notable changes include the introduction of their new economic business class, ‘BizFare’, and the ‘Upfront Plus’ option, which optimizes seating for comfort.
