Turkish Airlines has announced a significant upgrade for its business class passengers during the Farnborough International Airshow in the United Kingdom. The airline unveiled its new Crystal Business Class Suite, which promises to offer enhanced comfort and privacy for passengers traveling on long-haul flights.

Key Features of the Crystal Business Class Suite

The Crystal Business Class Suite is equipped with an adjustable sliding door, providing passengers with an unprecedented level of privacy. Each suite features a 22-inch television screen and a seat width of 23 inches, ensuring a comfortable experience whether seated or reclined as a bed. The seats have an ergonomic design with ample space for personal belongings, as well as a variety of outlets for electronic devices.

In a homage to Turkey’s rich cultural heritage, Turkish Airlines has used locally sourced fabrics and leather for the suite’s upholstery. This combination of comfort and local craftsmanship aims to elevate the in-flight experience to new heights.

Future Plans for Enhanced Passenger Experience

The new business class cabin will be installed on aircraft operating transcontinental flights, including the Airbus A350 and Boeing-777. Additionally, Turkish Airlines has announced plans to provide free, fast Wi-Fi to all passengers by 2025, a feature currently available only to business class passengers and loyalty program members.
