United Airlines’ New Destination in Africa

United Airlines continues to expand its global network, particularly in Africa, by introducing its inaugural nonstop flight to Marrakech, Morocco. Starting from October 24, the airline will connect the vibrant city of Marrakech with its hub in Newark three times a week. This strategic expansion marks a significant milestone for United’s presence on the African continent.

Details of the Marrakech Flight

The nonstop service from Newark to Marrakech will cover the distance in approximately seven and a half hours. With economy fares starting at around $658 for a one-way trip, travelers can expect an affordable addition to their travel options. Notably, prices may rise to $1,016 during the initial weeks of service, reflecting the excitement surrounding this new route.

Strengthening Connections in Latin America

In addition to its African expansion, United Airlines is also enhancing its Latin American offerings. The airline will launch a nonstop flight from San Francisco to Monterrey, Mexico, with up to two daily departures at 10:45 a.m. and around midnight. This route will facilitate easier travel for passengers, with one-way fares starting as low as $112. As United solidifies its presence in both regions, travelers can look forward to more convenient flight options and enhanced connectivity.
