Southwest Airlines Enhances Nashville Service
In an exciting announcement, Southwest Airlines has unveiled its new flight schedule, expanding its routes and introducing additional red-eye flights from its Nashville hub for the summer of 2025. Having released its booking calendar through June 4, 2025, the airline continues to solidify its presence at Nashville International Airport (BNA), a rapidly growing hub in its network.
New Destinations and Increased Frequency
Starting April 8, 2025, passengers can look forward to daily flights from Nashville to Albuquerque, Jackson, and Tulsa. There will also be increased service to Providence, with up to six weekly flights, and Albany, featuring up to five weekly flights. Notably, Southwest introduces intra-Tennessee service for the first time, providing once-daily flights from Nashville to Memphis.
Introducing Red-Eye Flights and Promotional Offers
The expansion announcement is coupled with the introduction of Southwest’s first-ever overnight flights, which will commence in February 2025. Additionally, red-eye services will be launched on several routes, including flights from Honolulu to both Las Vegas and Phoenix, effective April 8. As part of this rollout, travelers can take advantage of a special promotion, saving up to 30 percent on fares when using the promo code ‘friends’ before September 26. Not only do Southwest’s low fares, including the ‘wanna get away’ class, offer affordability, but they also guarantee two free checked bags and the flexibility to change or cancel flights for future trip credits.
