According to the report, United Airlines excelled with a customer opinion score of 7.8, while American Airlines closely followed with a score of 7.5. Both airlines received noteworthy praise with an 8.5 rating for their claim processing capabilities, indicating their commitment to customer service and satisfaction. This ranking is part of a broader trend where both airlines are consistently looking to enhance their performance metrics across various dimensions.

Comparative Insights from Global Carriers

The study revealed that Brussels Airlines and Qatar Airways secured the top two positions in the ranking with impressive scores of 8.7 and 8.9, respectively. Brussels Airlines stood out for its exceptional claim processing score of 8.7 and an on-time performance score of 7.8. Meanwhile, Qatar Airways is recognized for its high customer satisfaction ratings but lagged slightly in claim processing with a score of 7.3. On the other hand, Icelandic low-cost carrier Play landed in the fifth spot with an outstanding on-time performance score of 9, highlighting the changing dynamics in airline rankings.
