Royal Caribbean is set to captivate cruise enthusiasts with its newest ship, the Star of the Seas, which will make its debut in August 2025. This latest addition to the Icon Class promises to offer unparalleled experiences with its mix of thrilling and relaxing amenities. The ship will welcome guests for week-long cruises out of Port Canaveral, Florida, with voyages to destinations like Cozumel, Mexico, and San Juan, Puerto Rico.

One of the standout features of the Star of the Seas includes a suspended infinity pool located in the adults-only Hideaway neighborhood. This area is tailored for relaxation with a dedicated bar, whirlpools, and a DJ to set the perfect ambiance. Additionally, passengers can enjoy half a dozen waterslides at Thrill Island, family-friendly pools, and the largest pool at sea located in Chill Island, which also boasts a swim-up bar.

Dining is taken to a new level aboard the Star of the Seas with more than 40 bars and restaurants to choose from. Highlights include a Lincoln Park Supper Club inspired by 1930’s Chicago, quick-service options for sushi and champagne, and an Aquadome Market food hall. The ship also offers plenty of entertainment options such as the FlowRider surf simulator, mini golf, and the AquaTheater with its impressive 55-foot waterfall.
