After open The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas in December 2010, the resort has oozed a fun, sexy, and hip vibe. Today, the property’s whimsical and design-forward aesthetic continues to draw guests, along with its strong food and beverage programming, emblematic three-story chandelier bar draped in 21 miles of crystal beads, and contemporary chambers — many of which are fitted with Japanese soaking tubs and wraparound balconies.

The Cosmopolitan has 3,033 rooms spread across two towers. While all accommodations offer spectacular center Strip views, the Boulevard Tower has some of the best vistas in the city. And crowning this tower is a collection of 25 penthouses, which span the top five floors. Until now, these rarefied suites have been the exclusive purview of high rollers with million-dollar credit lines, but following the property’s sale to MGM Resorts in 2022, things are changing.

The Boulevard Penthouse collection is now open for reservations to the general public, with rates ranging from $5,000 to $30,000 a night when not committed to casino customers. Those looking to book will find accommodations starting at 2,000 square feet for a one-bedroom suite to 5,000 square feet for a four-bedroom residence. In terms of design, three separate firms — Daun Curry, Richmond International, and Tihany Design — collaborated with Marnell Companies to curate distinctive motifs.

The Boulevard Penthouses spare no expense, featuring 24-karat gold finishes, hand-cut Italian mosaics, and extravagant amenities. Suites are accented with individual design elements like studio-style Boston grand pianos, showstopping marble baths, birdcage display steam showers, swings, and opulent billiard tables. Of course, they all feature bars customized to guests’ preference, bathrooms stocked with Oribe toiletries, Knesko masks, and Dyson hair dryers. Plus, everything from the music to the drapes is managed by a smart Control4 system.

Check-in is handled in a subterranean lounge, and dedicated butlers are on hand 24/7, should you need your shoes polished; a multicourse meal from the property’s new eatery, LPM, delivered to your suite; or an escort to the Marquee Nightclub.

And while they can also open the kitchens of Asian eatery Red Plate day or night, perhaps the butlers’ greatest trick is their ability to deliver a slice from the property’s secret pizzeria or a breakfast sandwich from Eggslut
