Universal Orlando Resort has officially announced the opening date for its highly-anticipated new theme park, Epic Universe. Set to open on May 22, 2025, this marks the first new theme park to debut in Orlando in over two decades. A Game-Changer in Themed Entertainment

Described by Universal as the “most ambitious theme park” it has ever created, Epic Universe is expected to add an impressive 50 new attractions along with exciting retail and dining opportunities. The park will include five unique lands: the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, Super Nintendo World, Celestial Park, Dark Universe, and How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk.
